Habib Tejan
Cllr Habib Tejan is a Conservative councillor for St Mary's Island ward and the chair of the business support and digital overview and scrutiny committee. He has represented St Mary's Island ward since May 2023.

Habib served as the mayor of Medway between May 2019 and May 2021. He also served as the deputy mayor of Medway between May 2018 and May 2019.

* During the 2020 coronavirus (Covid-19) public health emergency, it was informally agreed between the two political groups to run Medway Council meetings with a reduced number of participants. This was to reduce risk, comply with Government guidance and enable more efficient meetings. Habib Tejan's attendance rate may have been affected by this informal agreement of reduced participants.

Voting History
