Jo Howcroft-Scott
Cllr Jo Howcroft-Scott is a Labour and Co-operative councillor for Luton ward and the chair of the children and young people overview and scrutiny committee. She has represented Luton ward since May 2023.

* During the 2020 coronavirus (Covid-19) public health emergency, it was informally agreed between the two political groups to run Medway Council meetings with a reduced number of participants. This was to reduce risk, comply with Government guidance and enable more efficient meetings. Jo Howcroft-Scott's attendance rate may have been affected by this informal agreement of reduced participants.
