Louwella Prenter
Cllr Louwella Prenter is a Labour and Co-operative councillor for Gillingham South ward and the portfolio holder for housing and homelessness. She is also the chair of the Medway Development Company Ltd shareholder board and the vice chair of the councillor conduct committee. She has represented Gillingham South ward since May 2023.
