Peter Skinner
Peter Skinner is a disgraced former Labour member of the European parliament for South East England. He represented the constituency between July 1999 and July 2014.

Peter has stood in four elections in Medway and won all of those elections.
In March 2016, Peter was found guilty of three counts of expenses fraud by dishonestly claiming around £100,000 in expenses during his time as an MEP. In April 2016, he was sentenced to four years in prison.
