Troy Town
Troy Town was a two-member ward which elected councillors for the first time in May 1979. The ward was abolished in April 1998 when Rochester-upon-Medway city council was merged with Gillingham borough council.
There have been six elections in Troy Town ward. In the last election in July 1997, a by-election, Labour received the highest number of votes and won the seat.
Prior to 1997, voters in the ward had also elected Conservative councillors.
