St Margarets
St Margarets was a three-member ward which elected councillors for the first time in June 1973. The ward was abolished in May 1979 following a boundary review.
There have been two elections in St Margarets ward. In the last election in May 1976, an independent candidate received the highest number of votes and won two of the seats. The Conservatives won the remaining seat.
Voters in the ward have only ever elected Independent or The Conservatives councillors.
