Richard Needham
6th Earl of Kilmorey

The Rt Hon. Sir Richard Needham Kt. PC has stood in one election in Medway but has never held elected office within the towns. He most recently stood as a Conservative parliamentary candidate in Gravesend in 1974.

Lord Kilmorey is a former Conservative member of parliament for North Wiltshire in Wiltshire.

During his time in parliament, Lord Kilmorey served as minister of state for trade, and parliamentary under-secretary of state for Northern Ireland.
