An election was held in Watling ward on 5 May 2011 to elect two councillors.

Prior to the election, both of the seats were held by the Liberal Democrats. Following the election, the Conservatives gained one of the seats from the Liberal Democrats and the Liberal Democrats held the other seat.

Diana Mary Smith and Wendy Purdy were elected as councillors for the ward.
