An election was held in Hempstead and Wigmore ward on 5 May 2011 to elect two councillors.
Prior to the election, both of the seats were held by the Conservatives. Following the election, the Conservatives held both of the seats.
Diane Margaret Chambers and Rodney Brian Chambers were elected as councillors for the ward.
