Members received a report presenting an outline business case for the disposal of the Queens Court site in Rainham and development of affordable supported housing for people with learning disability and complex needs, alongside a development of general housing units. The report included an exempt schedule.

The portfolio holder for adult services, Councillor Mason, supported by the portfolio holder for community services, Councillor Doe, proposed the recommendation in the report.

On being put to the vote, the motion was carried.
