An election was held in Luton and Wayfield ward on 1 May 2003 to elect three councillors.
It was the first election to be held in the ward following a boundary review. Labour won all three of the new seats.
William Henry Davis, Anthony Ronald Goulden and Valerie Anne Goulden were elected as councillors for the ward.
