An election was held in Gillingham South ward on 1 May 2003 to elect three councillors.
It was the first election to be held in the ward following a boundary review. The Liberal Democrats won all three of the new seats.
Karen Ann Griffin, Geoffrey William Juby and Stephen Thomas Kearney were elected as councillors for the ward.
