An election was held in Gillingham North ward on 1 May 2003 to elect three councillors.
It was the first election to be held in the ward following a boundary review. Labour won all three of the new seats.
Adam Robert William Price, Mark Anthony Last and Atta-Ur-Rehman Chishti were elected as councillors for the ward.
