Prior to the election, the Liberal Democrats held one of the seats and the Conservatives held the other seat. Following the election, the Conservatives gained one of the seats from the Liberal Democrats and held the other seat.

Wendy Purdy and Asha Rani Rita Saroy were elected as councillors for the ward.
